At Red Forge Lifts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a fair and smooth experience.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item:
- Is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
- Includes all manuals, hardware, and components
- Has not been installed or exposed to shop/garage conditions
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or installed equipment
- Custom-built or special-order items
- Parts or accessories that have been opened or installed
- Items damaged due to improper handling or installation
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs (freight)
- A standard 20% restocking fee on all approved returns
Equipment must be returned via freight carrier on a pallet, properly secured.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos or video of the damage, packaging, and shipping labels so we can start a freight claim.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 3–7 business days
- Restocking and shipping fees will be deducted
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or missing parts, notify us within 48 hours and we will fix the issue promptly.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping. If the item has shipped, the return policy and freight fees apply.
